How do I place an order?

Place your postcode in the search box on the main page and click on the search icon box. A page will then appear with all the takeaways and restaurants listed within your postcode. Select the takeaway or restaurant you require by clicking on the logo . You will next be directed to your selected takeaways home page. Below the logo click on the menu to select and order your food. By clicking the “+” button you can choose what you require to order. If you want to purchase more than one item change the quantity to your required amount. When you have completed your order click proceed. This will then redirect you to the log in page. Here you will be required to complete your name & address details to become a member of Eat It Eat. The advantage of becoming a member is so future food ordering is easier as you do not have to fill in all the details each time you place an order. Just use your existing user name and password to log in and place an order. Next step is payment method here you can pay by card online or cash upon delivery.

 

 

I want to cancel my order.

On the home page click on the box” LIVE CHAT SUPPORT” to speak to one of our team members, who will be able to cancel your order straightaway. You will have to decide within the next 10 minutes maximum. as your order will already have been placed with the takeaway or restaurant and may be under preparation. Unfortunately we will then not be able to withdraw the order.

A second option is than available where if you ring the takeaway directly to cancel the order and your cancellation is accepted with the takeaway then speak to one of our members on live support to let us know that your cancellation has been successful. We will then confirm this with the takeaway and your money will be refunded to you.

 

 

The food is late/ have not received.

The best way is to contact the restaurants or takeaways directly to enquire about the delay. Eat It Eat is only responsible for sending your food order to the takeaways and restaurants and has no control over punctuality or delayed orders.

 

 

Not happy with the food I want a refund.

Again Eat IT Eat has no control over the food quality. It is best to call the restaurant to log a complaint. Majority of the time they will be more than happy to replace your order. They may also offer some kind of compensation if you are not satisfied with your food. Unfortunately Eat It Eat can not do anything regarding compensation for the quality of the food. Before ordering your food it is a good idea to view other users feed back about the takeaway or restaurant where you are about to place an order,as this is of valuable use

 

 

Can I make a payment over the phone?

The preferred method of payment is via the website as this is faster there is no need to worry as Eat It Eat is a secure website and uses the latest technology to encrypt your information. If you do not feel comfortable paying online then you can alternatively choose to pay the delivery man. When placing your order at the checkout select,'cash upon on delivery'method.
